Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the business signing up) and Wenly (“we”, “us”). By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
1. The service
Wenly answers your business calls automatically, in your company's name. It captures the caller's details, sorts urgent from routine, filters spam, and sends you the lead by email. Text alerts are coming soon, pending 10DLC approval. On Done-for-you, Pro and Founding, a real person on our team reviews every lead. Calls are automated, and the greeting says the call is answered automatically and may be recorded.
What you get depends on your plan. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the service until they are released. The service is for business use, not personal or household use.
2. Free trial, plans and billing
- 7 days free, card required, first charge on day 8. Your trial starts at checkout after your line is ready and is capped at 100 minutes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid that charge.
- Solo is $29 a month with 150 minutes included, or $290 a year. Minute allowances reset monthly. Solo does not include human-checked leads, weekly reports, the guarantee, trade-specific setup or booking.
- Plans are Starter at $99, Done-for-you at $249, Pro at $449 a month, with 500, 1,200, 2,500 minutes included. Custom plans start from $449 a month.
- When enabled and authorized, extra minutes are charged at period end at $0.15/min on Solo and Starter and $0.20/min on Done-for-you, Pro and Founding. Custom uses the accepted quote's rate. Without authorization, at 100% usage we email the owner and route further calls to your voicemail fallback. Pending or failed payments pause extra-minute access.
- On all standard phone plans: Pay annually and get 2 months free. Annual costs 10 times monthly; allowances reset monthly. Annual plans are paid up front.
- The founding rate of $149 a month is for the first 10 businesses, monthly only, with Done-for-you features, setup and 1,000 minutes using the lean model. The price is locked for life. Features marked “Coming soon” are free to founding clients when they are released.
- Add-ons (done-for-you setup, website build and hosting, Google Business Profile setup) are priced on our pricing page. Prices exclude taxes.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for fees as they come due.
3. The business-plan guarantee
If we don't catch at least 10 leads you'd have missed in your first 30 days, you don't pay. A lead is a real customer enquiry from a call that reached Wenly because you didn't answer it. Spam, sales calls and wrong numbers are not leads. If the count is under 10 after your first 30 days, we won't charge you for those 30 days, or we will refund what you paid for them.
4. Your responsibilities
- Set up call forwarding with your carrier, and test it. Forwarding is done by your carrier, not by us.
- Give us accurate information about your business. Wenly uses only the facts you provide.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business and your callers, including call recording and consent laws in your states and rules for your industry. The greeting tells callers that the call is automated and may be recorded, but that does not make you compliant on its own.
- If you use the website lead callback, make sure your form clearly obtains each person's consent to an automated call.
- Keep your login and account details secure.
5. What the service is not
- It is not a substitute for 911 or emergency services.
- It is automated and can make mistakes. Summaries, transcripts and urgency flags may be wrong. That is why a person checks leads, and why you should confirm details on your callback.
- It does not give legal, medical or other professional advice.
- Wenly does not claim HIPAA compliance. Don't use it to handle protected health information unless we have agreed in writing how we will do that.
- We can't promise it will always be available. Phone networks and providers fail.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Wenly for anything unlawful, for unsolicited marketing calls or texts, to harass anyone, or to break other people's rights. We can suspend an account that does.
7. Your data
Your business information, and the calls, recordings and transcripts the service produces for you, are yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy and security page explain how.
8. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, by writing to hello@wenly.example. Turning off call forwarding on your phone stops calls reaching us, but it does not cancel the plan. We may end or suspend the service if you break these terms or don't pay.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll update the date above and tell customers. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
