Monthly allowances are Solo 150, Starter 500, Done-for-you 1,200, Pro 2,500 and Founding 1,000 minutes. Extra-minute rates are $0.15 on Solo and Starter and $0.20 on Done-for-you, Pro and Founding. Extra-minute billing is coming soon: for now, calls go to your voicemail fallback when your allowance is used, and we email the owner. Trials are capped at 100 minutes.
There are 10 founding seats at $149 a month for life, monthly only. Founding includes Done-for-you features, setup and 1,000 minutes, but uses the lean answering model. Features marked Coming soon are free for founding clients when they ship.
On business plans: If we don't catch at least 10 leads you'd have missed in your first 30 days, you don't pay. We count leads from calls that reached us because you didn't answer. If the number is under 10 after your first 30 days, you don't pay. Solo is not covered by this guarantee.
Yes. 7 days free, card required, first charge on day 8. Your trial starts at checkout after your line is ready and is capped at 100 minutes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid that charge. The trial includes up to 100 minutes. Your line must be ready before checkout starts the trial.
Annual phone plans cost 10 times the monthly price: Solo $290, Starter $990, Done-for-you $2,490 and Pro $4,490. That is 2 months free. Minute allowances reset monthly. Founding is monthly only.
Setup is $299 one time on Solo and Starter, included on Done-for-you, Pro and Founding. A website build is $799 plus $49 a month for hosting. Google Business Profile setup is $199 one time. Standalone Wenly Chat is $19 a month; website chat is free on every phone plan.
