Call answering and website chat are available. Social messaging and chat actions are coming soon.

A clear handoff to your licensed agents.

The call gets answered. Your agents handle the insurance conversation.

What Wenly does

  • Answers in your agency's name when you miss a call or the office is closed.
  • Takes a name, callback number, ZIP, best time to call, whether they are a new or existing client, and the reason: plan review, question or appointment.
  • Books phone, Zoom or office appointments, or transfers to the licensed agent on duty.
  • Sends the callback list to the agent's inbox.

What Wenly never does

  • Discuss, compare or recommend plans or benefits.
  • Enroll anyone.
  • Ask for Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth or health details.

Your licensed agents handle that on the callback.

Privacy & compliance

We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every agency before go-live. Wenly is designed so callers' health details aren't collected or stored. We review your compliance team's or FMO's requirements before any live calls.

This is a planned agency offering, not a claim of regulatory certification or an approval by an FMO.

Agency plan

3-month minimum (enrollment is seasonal).

Founding agencies: terms discussed on a call. Nothing to pay until go-live.

Discuss your agency's setup

Let's talk about your agency.

Tell us who should be part of the founding-agency conversation.

We'll review your call flow, FMO requirements and launch timing together. Nothing to pay until go-live.

Agency contact details only. Do not include caller or patient information.

Agency questions

How do you handle HIPAA requirements and a BAA?

We do not claim a compliance certification. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every agency before go-live and review your compliance team's requirements. Wenly is designed so callers' health details aren't collected or stored. Your team must approve the setup before any live calls.

Who handles CMS rules and scope of appointment?

Your licensed agents retain responsibility for CMS rules, scope of appointment and any required permissions before discussing coverage. Wenly only handles agency-approved intake, callbacks and appointment logistics. It does not discuss, compare or recommend plans or benefits, or enroll anyone.

Can our FMO approve Wenly as a vendor?

We review your FMO's vendor requirements with your agency before go-live. We can share the proposed call flow, permitted intake fields and agreement for review. Calls will not go live until that review and the agency's approval are complete.

Will older callers know they are speaking with automation?

Yes. Wenly tells callers it is an automated assistant and offers a person. It can transfer to the licensed agent on duty or arrange a callback when a person isn't available. It never presents itself as a licensed insurance agent.

Why aren't Medicare agency calls live now?

We are preparing a separate healthcare setup with agency-approved call flows, a Business Associate Agreement and compliance-team or FMO review before any live calls. The planned launch is December 2026, ahead of the January–March enrollment period. Founding enquiries do not activate service or start billing.

Wenly is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
