Which one to choose
Choose Goodcall if…
- You want the lowest price and are happy to build your own call flow.
- Your business depends on CRM and spreadsheet integrations.
- You have relatively few unique callers a month.
Choose Wenly if…
- You want the trade rules built and tested for you.
- You want a person checking each lead.
- You want a guarantee and a weekly proof report.
Goodcall is cheaper, and its pricing is friendlier if you get a lot of calls from a small number of people. Because it counts unique customers instead of minutes, a busy business with many different callers pays more: at 700 unique customers a month, Scale works out to $349 ($249 plus 200 at $0.50), which is above Wenly Starter ($99) and Done-for-you ($249), but below Pro ($449). Compare your own call lengths and volume. Human review and included setup are on Done-for-you, Pro and Founding, not Starter.
Common questions
Why does Goodcall count unique customers?
That is how Goodcall prices its plans. Each plan includes a number of unique customers a month, and charges $0.50 for each one over. Wenly counts minutes instead.
Is Goodcall cheaper than Wenly?
At their published prices, yes, for most volumes. The difference is what Wenly adds: a person on our team checks every lead, the trade rules are built for you, and there is a weekly report and a guarantee.
