SMS Terms and Messaging Policy
The program
Wenly lead alerts sends text messages to business owners and their authorized staff who have signed up for Wenly and opted in. The messages are:
- lead alerts, sent within seconds of a call Wenly answered for your business;
- notices about your weekly jobs saved report; and
- service messages about your account and your phone setup.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program. The people receiving these messages are Wenly's business customers, not the callers whose calls we answer.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the text-alerts box on our free trial form. The wording next to the box is:
“Text me lead alerts and my weekly report at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
The box is optional and unticked by default. If you don't tick it, we send leads by email only. Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of buying the service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You get one lead alert for each call we answer for your business, so the number depends on how many calls you receive, plus one weekly report notice.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for the texts themselves.
Stop and help
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation, and no more messages after that. You can also email hello@wenly.example.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@wenly.example.
- If you stop the texts, your lead alerts continue by email, and your service is otherwise unaffected.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is available on supported US carriers and US mobile numbers only.
Your privacy
We don't share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains what else we collect and how we use it. Our Terms of Service apply to the service.
